About Spazzarini Property Services & Asphalt Maintenance

August in Enfield holds its heat long after the sun has dropped behind the old mill brick, and that is precisely the weather asphalt wants. This is property work at ground level: asphalt maintenance, and epoxy and concrete coatings that take a plain grey slab and hand it back sealed and even underfoot. The satisfaction here is a finish that runs clean to the edges, joints tended, every line true to the shape of the lot it belongs to. When the year turns and the north-facing pavement along Enfield's side streets stops giving up its ice by noon, the same surfaces get snow removal instead. One property, one set of hands, watched from the first heat of summer to the last shovel of March.
