About Scanlon Lawncare LLC

Thompsonville's mill blocks run down toward the river in tight rows, and the front lawns there are small enough that every edge shows. Scanlon Lawncare LLC mows those and the bigger yards beyond on a weekly or bi-weekly turn through the grass growing months — weedwacking, edging, and a blow-off of every surface before the truck pulls away. Fall is the long season: leaves and debris lifted off the lawn and garden beds and hauled away rather than left heaped at the curb. Dethatching strips the built-up mat of dead grass so water, air and nutrients can reach soil again, and core aeration pulls small plugs of soil for overseeding to drop into. Beds get renovated outright — cleaned out, edges redefined, new plants set in — and once the roads turn white the work becomes snow removal.
