About Spakowski Lawn Care

A well-kept yard pays its people back in small daily currencies — a porch worth sitting on, a walk to the car that asks nothing of you, a lawn that looks settled in its own skin. Spakowski Lawn Care tends that kind of ground in East Lyme, where salt air off Niantic Bay drifts up over stone walls and oak shade and the soil runs sandy toward the Sound. The work covers the whole arc of a Connecticut year: mowing and lawn treatment, hedges cut back to a clean line, weeds lifted out of the beds, full yard clearance down to honest earth, new turf laid, fencing set, driveways and patios washed back to their true color, and landscape design when a property is ready to become something else. Then the coast goes white, the wind comes in off the water, and the job becomes snow — plowing and clearing so the morning starts on time. What stays behind is the pleasure of it: a crisp edge along the front walk, a drive opened before first light, a yard that holds its season.
