About S.F. Property Services LLC

Moodus wakes up after a hard blow with limbs down across the driveway and the reservoir the color of slate. S.F. Property Services LLC is who that morning belongs to: storm cleanup on yards and wooded lots, brush cutting and clearing where the overgrowth has closed in, stump removal for whatever is left standing. Between storms they keep lawns mowed and tended, deliver bulk mulch and topsoil, repair and regrade gravel driveways, and correct the drainage that turns a sloped East Haddam lot into a pond every March. Much of this ground is genuinely rough — ledge, woods, long dirt approaches — and the work is built around that rather than against it. By afternoon the debris is gone and the place is simply a yard again, ready for whatever the owner had planned for it.
