About Buddy's Property Services, LLC

Morning fog slides up the Connecticut River and pools in the hollows below Deep River's hills until the sun finds a gap in the hemlock and burns it off — and by then, the water Buddy's Property Services builds is already moving. This is a landscape company that works in water, fire and stone: ponds and waterfalls constructed and kept, patios and hardscape laid true, stonework and pathways set into the grade, plantings and landscape design, with low lighting and outdoor audio threaded quietly through it all. Warm months bring the ordinary grace of grounds care along these shoreline towns; when the valley turns hard and white, the same driveways get opened before the first headlights swing out onto Main Street. What stays behind is the pleasure of the thing — the mortared joint that will not shift, the falls you hear before you see them, a yard that carries its season without fuss.
