About Darien Landscape Service

Snow that comes in off the Sound at Pear Tree Point arrives wet and heavy, the kind that clings to everything and sets up like a slab by morning. Darien Landscape Service plows through those nights, working the shore lanes and the long drives set back behind stone gates. Coastal storms are a different animal than inland ones — warmer, denser, and quick to freeze hard once the wind swings around. Walkways, steps and the packed wall left at the end of a drive get cut open before anybody needs to leave. There is a particular quiet on the water at five in the morning, and a cleared driveway is what the day starts with.
