About Leo Brothers Landscape Service

Winter arrives in Danbury on a westerly wind off Candlewood Lake, and the light goes thin and blue-gray over the Still River valley hours before the first flakes reach the brick streets of the old hat city. Leo Brothers Landscape Service works in that hush — headlights swinging up hillside driveways along the Berkshire foothills, blades down, a clean black lane opening behind the truck while the rest of the town is still under its quilt. Snow removal is unglamorous arithmetic — pass after pass, banks stacked where they won't blind a driver at the road's end, walkways cut down to the pavement — and there is real pride in the geometry of it. By the time coffee is poured in Danbury kitchens, the drive holds its shape, the edges are square, and the day can simply begin.
