About HD Tree Services and Landscaping llc

HD Tree Services and Landscaping llc works the wooded hills above the Still River, where Danbury's brick streets give way to oak ridges and the long blue edge of Candlewood Lake. Their days are spent up in the canopy and down in the dirt — trimming limbs back off a roofline, taking a leaning maple down piece by piece, grinding the stump flat until the lawn can close over the scar. They clear overgrown lots and haul the debris out, then turn around and put the land back together: excavation, planting, replanting, fresh mulch banked dark around the beds, lawn maintenance that keeps the whole thing tidy through the wet green months. There is a particular satisfaction in the after — a yard opened to the light, a clean bed line holding its curve, sawdust still sweet in the air over Fairfield and New Haven County.
