About Grosso Property Maintenance LLC

Dig anywhere in Danbury and the same story comes up: glacial till, ledge, and the stubborn round stone the last ice sheet abandoned out on the Miry Brook plain. Grosso Property Maintenance LLC works with all of it. The excavator opens most jobs, clearing a lot, leveling land, cutting ground for an addition, and then the finish work goes in, patios built new or added onto, retaining walls set to take a hillside's push and reduce the risk of soil erosion, decorative and functional stonework that gives a yard its bones. Concrete is the other half of the trade, poured on cool mornings when it cures slow and even: foundations, slabs, side walks, curbs, and stamping where a plain surface would have been the easy answer. Winter turns the same properties over to snow removal. It is heavy, exacting work, and the pleasure of it is that when it is set right it simply stays put.
