About Eds Tree & Landscaping

November on Great Plain Road: the maples have let go, the light is gone by four, and every yard in Danbury is one system away from needing a different kind of help. Eds Tree & Landscaping runs that handoff, mowing and keeping lawns while the grass still grows, then turning to plow and shovel once the first storm comes up over the ridge toward Bear Mountain. Driveways here are rarely flat; they bend around ledge and tip down toward the road, so plowing one properly is a matter of knowing the property rather than simply pushing snow. Done right it looks like nothing happened at all, which is exactly the pride in it: bare pavement at daybreak, a lawn that never once got away from anybody. Steadiness, month after month, is most of the trade.
