About Stevenson Property Maintenance, LLC

There's a week in Cheshire when the last leaves come down over the old canal line and the first hard frost silvers the low ground toward the Quinnipiac — and the work turns with it, rakes and mower decks giving way to plow blades. Stevenson Property Maintenance, LLC keeps that whole arc of the year: lawn maintenance and mowing through the green months, mulch laid dark around the beds, tree and shrub care, landscape design and hardscape installation, seasonal cleanups, and snow removal once the trap-rock ridge west of town goes pale. There is a plain satisfaction in this line of work — a mow line drawn straight across a front lawn, a walk of set stone meeting the turf edge without a wobble, a driveway opened and swept before the sky has finished getting light. They work across Cheshire and the surrounding Connecticut towns, and what they leave behind is a yard that holds its season, whichever season it happens to be.
