About Maintenance Plus Property Care, LLC

Dooryards in the Farmington Valley still keep their old grammar — a stone wall paying out toward the road, a sugar maple holding the corner, gravel giving way to grass. Maintenance Plus Property Care, LLC tends these Canton and Collinsville properties the way the ground asks to be tended: lawns and yards cut to a clean line, beds pruned and planted out in flowers, patios and walkways set down in stone, and driveways opened again after the valley goes white overnight. The satisfaction in it is a plain, physical one — the last pass of the mower, an edge that reads crisp all the way from the mailbox, a yard that looks looked-after from the road. Out through Avon, Simsbury, Burlington, Farmington and West Hartford, the work leaves its evidence on the land: green in June, black pavement in January, a place that keeps its shape.
