Four in the morning in Brookfield, and the plow lights are the first thing awake on Federal Road. Lindquist Snow Management works the winter side of the Housatonic valley — plowing, salting, loader work, ice control, and hauling snow off-site so a lot doesn't slowly disappear behind its own gray banks.
