About Kelly Property Maintenance LLC

Late June in Bristol, the Pequabuck running low under its bridges and the heat pooling in the hollows below Federal Hill — the kind of morning when a mower's first pass leaves a stripe you can read from the porch. Kelly Property Maintenance keeps central Connecticut yards through the whole turn of the calendar: mowing, fertilization and seeding, seasonal cleanups, mulch beds and fresh plantings, garden beds cut clean into the turf. When the ground itself needs rearranging, they take that on too — excavation, retaining walls that hold a slope steady, patios and walkways and fire pits laid stone by stone, shrubs and trees set in, and tree removal when a tree's time has come. The pleasure of it is plain and physical: the edge crisp against the walk, the bed dark and even, a hillside that finally sits still. From Bristol out across the greater Hartford towns, the work shows in what a property looks like the evening after the trucks pull away.
