About Desmarais Property Maintenance

Desmarais Property Maintenance keeps its hands on the hills and mill-street blocks of Bristol, Connecticut, where the Pequabuck slides quiet under the bridges and the ridges west of Main Street turn copper in October. Their year runs long: mowing, mulch, irrigation and cleanups through the green months; leaf collection when the maples finally let go; shrub trimming, tree limb removal, planting and stump work; then plows, ice control, and sidewalks, stairs and lots opened back up before the first shift arrives. They take on the heavier ground too — excavation, site work and regrading, masonry walkways and patios, parking lot alterations, line striping and seal coating, junk and fallen-tree removal — the sort of labor that leaves a property squared up and easy to live on. The reward is plainly physical: a bed with a crisp edge holding its shape, a lot striped clean and drying in low winter light, a walk cleared to bare stone while the valley is still dark.
