About Treeline LLC

Autumn thins out over Bridgeport, the light goes flat and silver above the harbor, and one morning the wind off Long Island Sound arrives with an edge — that is the turn Treeline LLC works toward. Snow here comes in off the water heavy and wet, packing the brick-lined streets near the Pequonnock and the driveways climbing toward Black Rock into something that has to be moved before the city wakes. Their work is snow removal: the blade down at three in the morning, a lot opened corner to corner, walks cut clean to the pavement, banks stacked in shapes that hold until thaw. What is left behind is simple and deeply satisfying — a dark, drivable ribbon where an hour ago there was none, so a neighbor can back out and get to work while the plow lights move on toward Fairfield, Stratford, and Trumbull.
