About Smiths Lawn LLP

Late spring tips over into the long green heat, and the work turns with it — from waking the turf to walking it, blade by blade, catching the small trouble before it spreads. Smiths Lawn LLP tends lawns across Bridgeport and the wider reach of Fairfield County, where salt air off Long Island Sound drifts up the Pequonnock and settles on yards laid out between brick blocks and old shade trees. Their days are lawn care and lawn treatment: general maintenance, tick spraying along the shrub line and the fence edge, sod webworm and lawn-pest work where the grass has started to thin. There is a plain satisfaction in the result — a yard that keeps its color deep into August, a hedge line the ticks no longer own, grass that can take a summer of running feet.
