About Greenbridge Lawn care

Early morning off the Sound comes in low and silver over Bridgeport, and by the time it has crossed the brick and the old maples the mowers are already running. Green Bridge Lawn Care works the yards and lots of Fairfield and New Haven counties — mowing and shrub trimming, mulch laid dark and even around the beds, planting and topsoil, tree work, fencing, pavers set level enough to read the line from the porch, power washing, junk hauled away, and the long spring and fall cleanups that bracket a Connecticut year. In winter the day starts before the day does: plows out ahead of the commute, drives opened while the harbor is still black water and streetlight. There is a plain satisfaction in all of it — an edge crisp against the walk, a bed still holding its color deep into August, a lot swept clean and waiting when the first car turns in.
