About G&G landscaping, tree & lawn service

Morning comes off Long Island Sound in a pale, salt-washed light, and by the time it reaches the yards of Bridgeport, G&G is already at work. On the close-set streets of this old harbor city, where the Pequonnock runs down to the water and the maples lean over brick and clapboard, they mow and shape and tend the green that softens the mill-town grid. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn cut clean to its edges, in a limb pruned back so the afternoon can find the porch again, in a bed squared away before the heat settles in. Come evening, when the long shadows stretch across Seaside Park and the tide turns to silver, the work stays behind — trimmed, tidy, holding its shape. This is lawn, tree, and landscape work rooted in Bridgeport and the towns that ring it, where the coast gives way to the valley.
