About John B Green Lawn Care, LLC

Late August out toward Pine Orchard, the lawns run flat to the hedgerows and the evening light comes off the water at a low, generous angle. John B Green Lawn Care, LLC works that stretch of Branford — mowing on a set schedule, trimming and edging, beds mulched, hedges kept level, cleanups in spring and again when the leaves let go. Salt wind and sandy ground make shoreline turf particular, so the cutting height comes up in the heat and the pattern changes from one visit to the next. A lawn cut on the diagonal at the end of a hot day, shadows stretched across it, is the reason for the whole trade. Branford and the towns nearby, with the same care each time out.
