About Father Nature LLC

Snow falling over Stony Creek is a strange, muffled thing: the pink granite ledges go soft-edged, the Thimble Islands disappear into the gray, and the whole shoreline turns quiet enough to hear the plow two streets over. Father Nature LLC works those hours in Branford, pushing driveways and access lanes back to pavement while a storm is still coming in off the Sound. The reward is simple and it never gets old — a car that backs out without a shovel, a walk to the door that nobody has to guess at. Coastal storms here arrive wet and heavy, and clearing them takes patience more than speed. Branford and its neighboring shoreline towns are the territory.
