About Fairfield County Landscaping

Early June in Bethel begins with mist lifting off the hills and sunlight edging down Greenwood Avenue before the cafés have propped their doors open. Fairfield County Landscaping works the lawns of the hill town where the showman Barnum was born in that soft first light, mowers tracing long, even lanes across yards that rise and dip with the land. Every Bethel lawn has its own small geometry — the fieldstone wall along the back, the maple whose roots wander toward the drive, the slope falling away to the road — and getting it right means honoring each line. The trim along the wall comes out crisp, the border by the walk as sharp as a folded page, and every clipping is swept off so nothing spoils the finish. Then the mower moves on, and the yard sits bright and green in the morning, looking just the way a small Connecticut town ought to look.
