About Lawrence Landscaping, LLC

Berlin sits where central Connecticut flattens out into old farm fields and then rises again into the traprock spine of Lamentation and Ragged Mountain — red rock, oak scrub, and a long view over the Mattabesett's low ground. Lawrence Landscaping, LLC builds into that ground: patios and walkways, firepits and outdoor kitchens, retaining walls set to hold a slope where the valley tilts, garden design and installation, irrigation and drainage worked out for soil that takes its time letting water go. The rest of the year is upkeep — lawn care, spring and fall clean-ups, tree and shrub pruning — and then winter, when driveways, sidewalks, and walkways get cleared and a house is reachable again by morning. There is a real pleasure in the finished thing: stone that sits flat and true, a lawn edged clean to the walk, a yard that looks like someone meant it. They work Berlin, Farmington, Middletown, Newington, Rocky Hill, Glastonbury, and the towns around them.
