About Heck Removal Services

Late autumn tips over in Berlin, and the work turns with it — one week a garage emptied down to bare concrete before the cold sets in, the next a driveway opened at first light under the dark traprock of Lamentation Ridge. Heck Removal Services hauls junk and debris off of homes, businesses, and construction sites here in central Connecticut, sorting out what can be recycled from what cannot, and clears snow when winter settles into the valley. There is a plain, physical pleasure in the after: a cellar with its floor back, a yard swept down to grass, a plowed apron of pavement steaming faintly in low sun. Between the ridges and the flat fields along the Mattabesset, they leave a place lighter than they found it.
