About CW Contracting LLC

Winter arrives in Berlin down the traprock ridges — Lamentation and Ragged keeping the cold in their shadows long after the valley floor has let it go — and the light on a storm morning is a flat, unhurried gray. CW Contracting works that hour, clearing snow from commercial ground across central Connecticut and up into Massachusetts, pushing it to the edges so the pavement comes back dark and legible before the day needs it. There is a plain satisfaction in a lot scraped down to its painted lines, in a drive wide enough for a delivery truck to swing through without a second thought. In the softer seasons the same attention goes into site development, reading a property's grade and the way water wants to leave it. Berlin sits at the geographic middle of the state, and the work travels out from there in whatever direction the weather takes.
