Quotes & estimates

Two tools for pricing work before it's booked.
Quotes (marketplace)

1. Customers request a quote from your public page or search.
2. You'll find requests under Bookings → Quotes tab (and get notified).
3. Respond with a price and message before the request expires.
4. If the customer accepts, it becomes a booking automatically.

Estimates (your own paperwork)

1. Estimates tile → "New estimate": line items, tax rate, terms, validity date.
2. Send it — the customer gets a link where they can sign by typing their name.
3. A signed estimate is automatically converted into a job in your Job Log (no manual step).

Tip: answer quote requests quickly — pending ones expire, and response time affects whether customers pick you.
