Two plans, one rule: doing marketplace work is always free — Pro adds back-office tools.
Free

• Everything that wins and completes work: bookings, quotes, messaging, Job Log, customers, expenses, basic invoices, calendar, team and crews.
• Search ranking is merit-based for everyone — there is no paid placement.
• The only cost is the platform fee on marketplace bookings (10% total: 5% added to the customer's price, 5% deducted from your payout). It's the same on both plans.

SnowLawn Pro — $29.95/month

• Adds the business tools: Finances dashboard, Tax Reports, Payroll, Equipment & Inventory, Contracts, Estimates, invoice templates, analytics & performance reports, and route optimization.
• Pro never changes your search ranking or your fees — those are identical on both plans.
• Claiming your business includes your first month of Pro free, so you can try the full toolset before deciding.

What a locked page looks like

• Pro pages stay visible with an upgrade prompt instead of disappearing — nothing is lost, and upgrading unlocks them in place.

Manage your plan:

1. Provider dashboard → "Billing" tile (or the "Upgrade" button in the header).
2. Upgrade opens a Stripe checkout; downgrades and cancellations are done from the same page via the billing portal.

Notes:

• Platform fees on marketplace bookings are separate from the subscription and shown on each payout.
• Unclaiming your business (Account page) releases the listing but keeps your user account.
