Get paid: Stripe payouts, fees & invoices

How money flows from customers to your bank.

  1. Connect Stripe (once)
Finances → "Payouts" card → "Set up payouts". Stripe collects your business details and bank account. Until connected, customer cards are held but not charged, and payouts queue up.
  2. Marketplace bookings
Customers pay through SnowLawn at booking. After the job completes, your payout (price minus the platform fee) is released to your Stripe balance and paid out on Stripe's schedule.
  3. Invoices for off-platform work
Invoices tile → "New invoice" (or "Generate invoice" from a completed booking's history card). Add line items and a due date; the customer receives a payment link.
  4. Where to see everything
    • Finances — revenue overview, payout status, fees.
    • Payment history — every transaction with receipts.
    • Tax Reports — yearly summaries for filing.

Tips:

  • Estimates that a customer signs are automatically converted into jobs.
  • Refunds for marketplace bookings are handled from the booking detail (admins can also refund during cancellation).
