Crews: create work teams & assign members

Crews are the work units you dispatch to jobs and routes.

1. Create a crew
   Provider dashboard → "Crews" tile → "Add crew". Give it a name (e.g. "North Plow Team").
2. Add members to the crew
   Crew members must first exist on your Team (see the "Add your team" guide). Then open the crew and assign them; one member can be marked crew lead.
3. Dispatch work
   • Bookings and jobs can be assigned to a crew from the job detail.
   • Routes (Routes tile) group a day's jobs into an ordered plan for a crew.
4. Track your crews
   • Crew Map shows live locations of on-duty crew members.
   • Crew members toggle "On duty / Off duty" from their own dashboard; on-duty time feeds their time entries.

Broadcasts: from the Crews page you can send announcements, schedule changes, weather alerts or urgent notices to all crew members at once.
