Book as a guest (no account needed)

You can book a service without creating an account — just name, email, phone and a card.
How it works

1. Use "Book Now" on the home page: address, service, property size, date.
2. Pay by card — the card is held, not charged. You only pay when the work is completed.
3. The confirmation screen shows live progress while we contact nearby pros one at a time, and a confirmation email with your booking number arrives right away.
4. Email and text updates follow as your booking is accepted, the crew heads out, and the job completes.

Cancelling

• Cancellation is free any time before the crew is en route — the card hold is released, and there are no cancellation fees.
• To cancel or change a guest booking, reply to your confirmation email or contact support@snowlawn.net with your booking number.

If no pro is available

• If no provider takes the job, the booking cancels automatically and you are not charged.

Want an account later?

• Sign in with Google using the same email you booked with — your booking history is already attached to it.
• With an account you can message providers, cancel bookings yourself, rebook in two taps, and set up recurring service.
