Claim your business

Got a text saying a customer wants to book your business? Your listing is already on SnowLawn — claiming it is free and takes a few minutes.
The claim link

• The SMS contains a personal link like snowlawn.net/claim/YourBusinessName?token=… which opens your listing directly.
• No link? You can claim any time: Account page → "Claim existing listing", then search your business name.

Steps

1. Sign up (or log in) first — the claim link brings you straight back to your business afterwards.
2. Verify ownership: a 6-digit code goes to the phone number or email address on file for the business — your choice. Codes last 48 hours. Arriving from a verified SMS link can skip the code entirely.
3. No phone or email on file? Your claim goes to manual review by the SnowLawn team instead.

What claiming unlocks

• Respond to job offers, quote requests and customer messages — work already waiting on your business becomes yours to accept.
• Your first month of SnowLawn Pro is free. Taking jobs is always free either way — Pro only adds back-office tools (see "Your SnowLawn subscription & billing").

After claiming

• You land on the team form, prefilled — you're already the owner and lead of your Alpha crew. Alone? Tap "It's just me — continue".
• Then Business Setup: confirm services, prices and hours, and press "Go live".
