Respond to job offers (30-minute window)

When a customer books with "Book Now", SnowLawn offers the job to nearby businesses one at a time — and for 30 minutes, the offer is exclusively yours.
Where offers appear

• Jobs → Offers tab; new offers also arrive as an in-app notification.
• Business not claimed yet? The offer comes by SMS with a link to claim your listing — claiming is free and lets you accept the job (see "Claim your business").

Your three moves

• Accept — the job is yours instantly. It moves to your Active tab and the customer is notified.
• Decline — the offer advances to the next nearby provider immediately.
• Do nothing — when the 30 minutes run out, the offer expires and moves on. An expired offer can't be recovered.

How the queue works

• Up to 10 nearby businesses are lined up by distance and fit; while the offer sits with you, no one else can take it.
• If everyone declines or lets it expire, the booking is cancelled and the customer's card hold is released — the job is gone for good.

Tips:

• The offer shows the price, service and address — accept only jobs you can actually reach on the scheduled date.
• Keep notifications on so a 30-minute window never slips by unseen.
