Book a service

Two ways to book — and no account is required for either.
Fast: Book Now (we find the pro)

1. On the home page, enter your address, pick the service and property size, and choose a date.
2. Pay — your card is held, not charged. You can check out as a guest with just your name, email and phone (see "Book as a guest").
3. We contact nearby pros one at a time — each gets 30 minutes to take the job before it moves to the next, up to 10 businesses. Watch live progress on the confirmation screen; you'll be emailed as soon as one accepts.
4. If no pro takes the job, the booking cancels itself, the card hold is released, and you pay nothing.

Choose your own pro

1. Search — enter your ZIP or address; filter by service (mowing, plowing, cleanup…).
2. Pick a provider — compare ratings, "from" prices and distance. Open a profile for details and reviews.
3. Book — "View & Book" shows priced services and available slots. Choose service, date and details.

Either way

• Your card is only charged when the work is done. Status updates (accepted, on the way, completed) arrive by email and in Messages.
• Cancelling is free any time before the crew is en route — the hold is released, no fees.
• After the job — rate your provider and add a review; book them again from your history.
