Crew Map: live crew tracking

See where your on-duty crews are right now.

• Crew Map tile: every on-duty crew member appears as a live pin; crews are color-grouped.
• Location updates only while a member is on duty (they toggle duty from their dashboard) — nothing is tracked off duty.
• Use it for dispatch decisions ("who's closest to this storm call?") and customer ETAs.

If a member doesn't appear: they're off duty, or their device denied location permission.
