Service contracts

Formal agreements for seasonal or recurring work.

1. Contracts tile → "New contract": customer, service type, address, start/end dates, total value and billing frequency, plus your terms.
2. Send for signature — the customer signs online by typing their name (legally recorded with timestamp and IP).
3. Signed contracts become active; track them through the season.

Use contracts for: seasonal snow agreements, annual lawn programs, commercial properties — anywhere you want committed terms before the season starts.
