Set up your business & go live

Get your business bookable in about a minute.

1. Claim or add your business
   • Existing listing: go to "Claim existing listing" from your Account page, search your business name, and verify by phone or email code.
   • New business: use "Add new business", fill in name, address, and services, then enter the 6-digit code we text to the business phone to confirm the number is yours. Your listing is placed by its address, so it shows up in local "near me" searches right away.
2. Your team form opens prefilled
   Right after claiming you land on the team form — you're already the first owner (your claimed phone) and lead of your "Alpha" crew. Working alone? Tap "It's just me — continue". Have helpers? Add their name, phone and pay, then continue.
3. Business Setup: two sections + one button
   • Services & prices — untick anything you don't offer; adjust prices. At least one priced service is required to be bookable.
   • Working hours — days and times you accept work.
   Press "Go live" — customers can now find and book you. The button becomes "Update & stay live" for later edits.
4. The Setup tiles on your dashboard
   The Setup group (Business Setup · Get Paid · Login & Security) stays on your dashboard — it leads while you're setting up and moves to the bottom once you're live. Everything else has its own tile: expenses on Expenses (with the one-click cost pack), payroll on Payroll, your profile on Profile.

Next steps after going live:

• Get Paid (Setup tile) — connect Stripe so payouts reach your bank. Bookings work before then — cards are held, not charged.
• Login & Security (Setup tile) — add Google or Facebook so a lost phone never locks you out.
