About Wellstone Services, LLC

An eastern-plains cold snap sinks into the Republican River bottom and stays there, ice fog hanging in the cottonwoods and every surface in Wray gone hard and white by daylight. Wellstone Services, LLC is out in that, plowing and clearing — driveways, parking areas, walkways and access lanes taken down clean so the day can start on schedule. Snowfall here is often modest and the wind never is, which means the drifts end up where they want rather than where the snow fell. Reading that pattern, and pushing the pile somewhere it will not blow straight back by afternoon, is most of the craft. It is honest winter work in the far northeast corner of Colorado, where the sky is the biggest thing around.
