Woodland Tree Service

About Woodland Tree Service

Pikes Peak fills the south window of half the houses in Woodland Park, and ponderosa forest comes right up to the back deck of the other half. Woodland Tree Service works that edge — pruning the low limbs and the dead branches hanging over a roof, thinning a crowded stand so the pines left standing have light and room. When a wet March storm or a gust off the Rampart Range snaps a top out, they clear the drive and stack what is worth keeping. Removal is for the trees gone red and brittle, or leaning over a bedroom. At 8,400 feet the air is thin and the light is enormous, and a property that has been thinned and tidied looks like it finally exhaled.
