About Oakden Enterprises

By mid-October the scrub oak on the hillsides above town has gone rust and copper, and the wind starts moving all of it toward somebody's yard. Oakden Enterprises handles that turn of the year in Woodland Park — fall cleanups, leaf and needle removal, the last cut taken a little lower, mowers put up and plows hooked on in the same week. Through the cold months it is driveways plowed, walks shoveled and ice treated where north-side glaze forms and refuses to leave. When the thaw comes the order reverses: cleanups, aeration, mowing, trimming and edging as the ground wakes back up. Working both ends of the year means the same yard gets watched all the way around it.
