By late October the elms and cottonwoods over Widefield's streets let go all at once, and a yard that was clean on Friday is buried by Sunday. Yard Guys works that stretch hard — raking and hauling the leaf fall, taking the last cut off the grass, edging the walks before the ground goes stiff. The first hard frost arrives early at this elevation, and a lawn put to bed properly is a lawn that comes back in April without a fight. Through the warm months it is the same routine on a rhythm, mowing and trimming often enough that nothing ever has to be rescued. Yard Guys covers Widefield and neighboring Security, Stratmoor and Fountain.
