Downtown Westminster is a young grid of wide sidewalks, plazas and crosswalks, and every one of them has to be walkable the morning after weather. JzJ Distribution takes on that kind of pedestrian ground — plowing the drive lanes, then working the concrete by hand and machine until the surface is honest underfoot. Corner ramps, transit stops and building entries get cleared first, because those are where people actually meet the snow. De-icing follows in the shadowed stretches between buildings, where the sun never quite lands in December. Streets full of people moving normally is the whole ambition.
