Lawn Snow and Fence

About Lawn Snow and Fence

Out toward the eastern edge of Westminster the wind has room to run, and it does not so much drop snow as file it against every fence line in the neighborhood. Lawn Snow and Fence knows those drifts by name — the one that builds along the back panels, the one that seals a gate shut, the wedge that rebuilds itself across a driveway an hour after clearing. So the work is plowing, then checking, then plowing again, with hand shoveling where a blade cannot fit between the fence and the house. Gates get dug out, side yards get a path, and the trash cans can reach the alley on schedule. Nothing dramatic about it, just a property that stays usable all winter.
