About Kayla Can

Trinidad is built on hills, and every hill has a set of steps, a short steep drive, a back gate no truck was ever going to reach. Kayla Can takes those on — shoveling walks and stairs, clearing tight driveways and parking spots, salting the exact places where a heel is going to land. Winter here is not one enormous storm but a long series of small ones, and each of them needs its own morning. There is real pride in a path cut wide enough for two people to pass, carried all the way down to the pavement. Snow removal in Trinidad and the neighboring towns, for the properties that need hands more than horsepower.
