About Perez Cleaning & Snow Removal

Sunday morning, six inches down overnight, steam drifting off the springs downtown while the rest of Steamboat Springs is still under the covers. Perez Cleaning & Snow Removal is already out on the walkways — shoveling stairs and entries down to the surface, clearing paths edge to edge, chipping loose the ice where a doorway drips and refreezes. Plows handle the wide ground; the tight ground takes hands, and hands take care. There is honest pride in a set of stairs a person can climb in street shoes on a February morning. The town does not stop for weather, so neither do they.
