About JBS Property Services, LLC

A property in Summit Cove or on the Silverthorne side of the reservoir keeps a calendar all its own: mowers in June, plow trucks in October, and somebody responsible for the walkways in every week between. JBS Property Services, LLC covers that entire loop — lawns cut and edged through the summer, drives and lots plowed and walks cleared through the winter, cleanups bracketing both ends of the year. Owners are often somewhere else when the storm comes over, which is exactly what makes a standing arrangement worth having. Coming home to an open driveway in January and a cut lawn in July is the same promise kept twice.
