About Patience Maintenance Llc

Rifle Creek comes down out of its canyon and threads through town under old cottonwoods that hold their leaves late and then drop them all in a week. Patience Maintenance Llc works both sides of the calendar along those streets — lawn care through the green months and snow removal once the ground goes hard. Summer means mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups; winter means plowing drives and lots, opening walkways and putting down de-icer. The name suits the work, because both jobs pay off by showing up again and again rather than once. A property looked after all year never really has a bad month.
