About Valencia Landscape

Spring shows up in Platteville as meltwater standing in the borrow ditches and meadowlarks staking out the fence wire, and the grass answers within days. Valencia Landscape opens the year with cleanup — winter grit and blown leaves off the turf, beds cleared, everything readied for a first cut that always feels like an event. From there it is mowing on a steady schedule, trimming where a mower cannot reach, and keeping the borders clean where lawn meets drive against a wind that never entirely quits. Late in the season the leaf fall comes off and the yard goes into the cold tidy and flat. West of every address in town the mountains stand straight up out of the flat, a daily reminder of where all that water started.
