About Retriever Landscaping

Saturday morning in Platteville starts with the grain elevator throwing a long shadow over the north end of town and mowers waking up one after another down the block. Retriever Landscaping is already moving yard to yard by then, cutting, trimming and clearing the walks and alley aprons before the day gets hot. Small-town lots reward attention in the places people forget: the strip between sidewalk and curb, the ring around the shade tree, the fence line where grass likes to hide. Through the growing months it settles into a weekly rhythm, the same route, the same even finish. At the shoulders of the year that rhythm becomes a cleanup — rake, haul, and leave the turf open to the light.
