About Derek DuLac - Projects West LLC

Parshall sits where the Williams Fork joins the Colorado River, in a broad Grand County valley of hay meadows and sagebrush where summer is brief and worth every hour. Derek DuLac of Projects West LLC tends lawns through that short green window, keeping grass mown and edges trim while the long mountain days still hold. Once grass finally gets going at this altitude it grows fast, and a yard left alone a couple of weeks can start to resemble the meadows out past the fence. Steady mowing keeps it in hand: a level cut, squared-off edges, and clippings cleared so the home looks lived in and loved. On summer evenings, with amber light on the river and trout rising, it makes sense that folks here keep their corner of the valley looking right.
