About R & S Landscaping

Late July in Montrose belongs to the afternoon storms. They stack up over Cimarron Ridge, drag a gray curtain west across the valley, and blow out in twenty minutes leaving the air rinsed and the grass steaming. R & S Landscaping works the hours around them — mowing in the bright part of the morning, edging and trimming when the light goes long and gold, reading the sky the way everybody here eventually learns to. Weed control and well-timed fertilizing keep a high-desert lawn thick enough to shade its own roots through August. By late October the leaves are hauled off and the yard is squared away, looking cared for from the street and cared for up close.
